Islands Suite Our new suite overlooking the Leland River. A queen size bedroom decorated in pale blue, taupe and ivory. The sitting room features a lovely Oriental rug and an antique wardrobe. (view photo) Good Harbor - This corner room with private bath overlooks both the Leland River and the Leland Township Park. Rich reds and blues decorate a room filled with period pieces, a four poster double bed, and a dramatic Oriental rug. Room Information The guest rooms of the Riverside Inn are all on the 2nd floor of the inn. We do not have handicap access for the rooms (the restaurant is handicap accessible). The Inn is air-conditioned. All of our rooms have private baths with shower/tub combination. There is a daily maid service, and continental breakfast is served in our lounge area every morning from 8am-10am. There is a common room fpr guest use with a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. We strive to preserve a simpler time at the Inn, where you can stay in comfort without the distraction of televisions and telephones in your room. There is a phone available for guest use on the first floor, and Wi-Fi access is also available at the inn, if you must attend to work while you are staying with us. The Riverside Inn is a non-smoking facility. There is smoking allowed outside on the docks and the side patio. Season Rooms are open from the second week in May until the third week in October. Rates on all weekends are season rates. Weekdays in May, September and October are off-season rates. Occupancy Policies The two double rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people. The suites are able to accomodate a third person with an air mattress for $10 per night additional. In consideration of other guests, pets are not permitted. Reservation Policies Throughout season, there is a two-night minimum stay required. An advance deposit equal to one-night's stay for each room rented is required to confirm a reservation. For stays over four nights, a minimum of 50% deposit is required. The deposit can be made by check or by credit card. Cancellations and Refunds For all group reservations of the inn, the cancellation period is one month, or four weeks. If you cancel within this one month period, we do retain the deposit. For cancellations prior to one-month before the arrival date, we do charge an administration fee of $25. For non-group reservations, we will be happy to refund your deposit if we have been given at least 14 days notice. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, we retain the advance deposit. In the instance of early departure, we will retain the advance deposit. All changes to reservations and cancellations are subject to a $10 administrative fee. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is anytime after 1 p.m., and Check-out is before 11 a.m. If you will be arriving late in the evening or prior to our check-in time, please call to make arrangements.
